Like the other relays in the EV series, the relays have a signal contact for monitoring the load contacts. With the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/zettlerelectronics.com\/products\/AZEV200.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AZEV200<\/a>, the signal contact is designed as a mirror contact in accordance with EN60947-4-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ZETTLER&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/zettlerelectronics.com\/products\/AZEV200.pdf\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AZEV200<\/a>&nbsp;relays are 2-pole power PCB relays that have been specially developed for e-mobility applications and the extremely strict short-circuit strength requirements of the associated standards like IEC62955, IEC62752 and IEC62052-11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These relays also have a monitoring contact to allow detection of any possible welding issues with the main contacts. The relays are approved at UL, CUR and T\u00dcV with ratings of up to 40 A with 6k switching cycles (35 A with 50k switching cycles) for the normally open load contact and 10 mA at 12 VDC with 50k switching cycles for the normally closed monitoring contact.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to relays, the ZETTLER Group offers you product solutions for your e-mobility application.
