These modules feature a wide input voltage range, high efficiency, and integrated protection functions. Three different form factors offer maximum flexibility and compatibility with common market-standard competitor modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>Three Layouts for Different Design Requirements<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/zettlerelectronics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/APX05SXX00WP-XXX.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">APX05S<\/a> series is available in three mechanical form factors (\u2013100, \u2013200, and \u2013300) to support both new designs and easy replacement in existing systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u2013100 and \u2013200 versions are mechanically and electrically identical, with the same pinout and PCB footprint. The main difference is height:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013100: standard height<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013200: reduced height for low-profile and space-constrained applications<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both variants can be used as drop-in replacements without modifications to the PCB layout or circuitry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u2013300 version, however, features a different mechanical pin layout compared to the \u2013100 and \u2013200 versions. This variant is designed for compatibility with other established competitor modules on the market, allowing easy replacement in existing designs.
